Mga Ka Alma Mater,

 

Last year, sa tatlong schedule it pa meeting, pagkakuli ka attendance. Maramo pa sa wayo ka naabot, late na late pa. The SDEF group has initiated the attendance pero apila pa kinang nasabo gihapon. Last December Fiesta sa Lipa, nagpasuyat ray sa Lamesa it kinang mga listahan it mga intersado sa SA Reunion, ruto natapos ka estorya.

 

Maado yang ngani nak miskan apila kinang attendees eh natawag si M. Flosy to give motivation at moral support pati pang meryenda gihapon nak amo inabunahan anay - kada gi utang pa sida sa amo.

 

The consensus last year is "for every Class Batch to identify and send at least two(2) - Class representative sa mga meeting ".

 

Nai-post na rin itong proposal na ito dito eh.. but to no avail.

 

I really appreciate efforts and opinion posted here in the web, but to realize our geatest vision - we have to translate all of this into an action - wag nga lang "Past Participle".

 

Siguro, lets start making our enthusiastics to be the role model for this noble objective/endeavor para makapag motivate ng marami pa.

Go ahead prepare what you think it will help. I will also do faster the preparation of the functions and responsibilities of those who will be under the Sub-Committees. What are important to me are the CORE COMMITTEE MEMBERS composition. I agree with the suggesstion of Merwin. Let us have on-line voting so that we can vote democtratically whoever will be with the CORE COMMITTEES as follows:

Chairman Ways and Means

Those who will be with the 3 Core Working Committees, we will leave it to the Chairman to appoint those who will work with him.One sub-committee i consider it important at this stage is the Transportation Sub-Committee. A negotiation must now be started with one of those fast craft plying Batangas City pier and Odiongan to serve SAAA participants by scheduling a trip passing Sibale on that particular dates.

He must have statistics as to how many numbers of persons will travel from Manila as recorded by Invitation and Reservation Sub-committee plus scgeduled days prepared by the Programs & Publications Sub-Committee.
